Our resilience training is unique in that it is:

  • Demand-driven. We consult with you up-front to identify your team’s key needs and goals. We use this information to develop a targeted training offering.
  • Measurable. We measure key performance and wellbeing metrics before and after our programs as a way of tracking impact and measuring ROI.
  • Sustainable. As well as our core resilience programs, we offer post-training support, via our coaching offering, to facilitate sustainable behaviour change.
  • Scientifically based. Our programs are based on the latest research in this field, and in particular the principles of Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and positive psychology. ACT is a new and rapidly growing methodology for building resilience and wellbeing. It is grounded in basic behavioural psychology principles and has a growing evidence base to support it.
